B/W spots

First, I'd like to thanks Marius for asking me to come talk to his class University of South Carolina. Hopefully I didn't carry on too much and the students got something from my ramblings. Thanks!

Also, you may have noticed I've added a Facebook icon on the homepage (bottom right) so now, you can become a 'fan' of my work and receive all the inky updates. I'm staying away from Twitter though.

As far as work, this post will focus on black and white spots! I really do enjoy the simplicity of working in black and white having nothing but a quill pen, sumi brush and bottle of ink to play with. These spots have topics including Rod Stewart impersonator ("Hot Rod"), Michaelangelo's David (as a bartender), ghost boyfriends, parking tickets, and musical guilty pleasures including Slayer, ABBA, Barry Manilow, Lynard Skynard, Brandy and Monica, Lily Allen, and Lady Gaga (WHEW)!
