ICON 5 Roadshow

I just realized it's been a month since ICON 5 in New York. Besides having a great time minglin' with other illustrators and a wonderful city, I took part in the Roadshow where 110 illustrators displayed their 'goodies' to art directors hoping to get just a slice of that illustration pie.

Besides having postcards and business cards to pass out and a portfolio on display, I printed 125, 18pg, 6"x9" books at lulu.com. I of course waited until the last minute to get these done, but lulu.com did a great job on a quick turnaround. I passed out about half of them to the ADs who I made eye-contact with! Maybe I'll get a response (please!).
