Roscoe leaps!

Two things coincided today that made me want to draw my doggy, Roscoe.

First, a friend of mine's ode to his dog who recently went to doggy heaven got me thinking of my two pups, Roscoe and Otis (who'll I'll have to now draw later). Secondly, I'm between freelance illustration gigs and had time to sketch. The website, Illustration Friday, has always been a good starting point for my brain to wander and find ideas. The Illustration Friday word of the week is 'leap'.

I tried to illustrate Roscoe's rambunctious nature with the word of the week, 'leap'.

If next week's Illustration Friday' word is 'eat', it'll be perfect. If Roscoe always leaps....Otis ALWAYS eats.
