Not admitting guilt

Here's a new 'un for the Flagpole based on how the Bush administration doesn't/won't admit guilt when one of their policies or employees screws up. Instead of saying, "Yes, our idea of ____ was not a good one". They instead ceremoniously send the offending employee on their way after giving them a medal! The article mentioned George Tenet, former head of the CIA in particular.
