NEW POSTCARD!!!!

Finally....I've got my first 'professional' postcard! It's been a longtime coming and sorta feels like I've reached the 'next step'. Even though I've been doing freelance for a year/half now, I've never had a postcard printed to advertise my biz. For different reasons, I delayed doing it - constant moving (GA to KS to SC), website not finished and I didn't want to advertise something I wasn't completely satisfied with, and honestly, I wasn't at the point creatively or business wise to advertise myself to the world.

I have 250 cards printed and ready to go! In the past, I would print a few cards at a time from my small desktop printer. It worked for a small run (no more than 20 cards) so I never 'mass' mailed. The past week, I've spent serveral days going to bookstores, magazine racks, and the internet gathering addresses and AD names (takes more time than you think. I really appreciate the books/mags/sites that list this info in a straight-forward way) anticipating my upcoming mailing.

My website is in the process of being updated once again so my mailing won't occur for a few weeks, but with the arrival of my card via FedEx this morning, I'm excited and wanted to share the news.
