Kansas City Marathon 'finisher' medal

While living in Kansas, I was lucky enough to get involved with the local running community. While doing this, I was introduced to a few people on the Kansas City Sports Commission who saw some of my previous race T-shirts.

They asked if I was interested in doing the Finisher medals (full and half-marathon) and the T-shirt for the Kansas City Marathon.

Pictured is the finisher medal for the full-marathon. It will be a die-cut (anything in 'white' is cut out while everything 'gray' is the color of the medal). The half-marathon finisher medal is a circular in shape with no color.

I'm excited to see the finished pieces! The marathon is October 7th and they're expecting around 4,000 entrants. This will be my first design for a 'big' race (or a major city's marathon). Maybe my designs will catch a few more eyes.
