Cooking with Wrestlers
Here's an illo I just wrapped up overnight for an article about a recipe competition. The recipes were written as if they were wrestlers. The winning recipe, a fruit pizza, was written in the mold of Hulk Hogan and the losing recipe was Andre the Giant.
It might be the strangest illo I've worked on, but the article was fun. I probably wouldn't have read about recipes otherwise.
This is for all you 'lil Hulkamaniacs out there!!!! OH YEAH!

Funny! I'd look twice if I saw this in a magazine--good job!
I'm surprised drawing this didn't make you hungry enough to at least try one of the recipies, 'cuz I'm getting hungry just looki--okay, I admit it, I'm more of a foodaholic than a Hulkamanic!
I guess that's the sign of a good drawing - makes you stop to look at it!
Plus, if it's a food illustration and it makes you hungry...that must be a good thing.
